I can't be the only person getting this bulletin repeatedly. How can i resolve this problem? My Bobcat was delivered yesterday. I have reset it over and over. Any suggestions?

I had the same issue and after extensive research and trail and error I concluded upwardly beingness able to exercise information technology past waiting for the miner to turn greenish (instead of yellow) before pressing the Bluetooth push. How did it plow greenish? I've keept mine overnight and its still yellow

Looks like that was the issue. I waited for it to switch from Ruddy to Yellow. Needs to be Dark-green. Thanks.

Does information technology needed to be continued to the ethernet while I wait? I ready it upward with my wifi in the app but I don't know if it's still connected to the internet later on this error message?

I had same issue. After unplugging and resetting a few times with the same results, I did what folks here recommended: plugged it in and left it solitary until information technology turned light-green (not yellow like the instructions say). Information technology took around xv minutes to plough green, then went through setup/add hotspot steps again and it worked. I did Non do whatever port forward and I did Not disable my VPN or firewall. My network uses a router that has VPN software on information technology and all of my devices use the VPN. Hope this helps anyone else experiencing the same upshot.

Ensure you have forwarded TCP port 44158 from your router. Side by side make sure you accept asserted your location in the Helium app by pairing the miner and making sure the imperial and grey arrows are on top of each other. Finally, get out your miner connected to the cyberspace to sync from the blockchain. The more times you reset it, the longer you will wait for it to propagate.

Thanks, simply I take done all of this already. The miner Will NOT SYNC without being registered first. And then to reiterate, my post has nothing to exercise with syncing to the blockchain. It has everything to practice with REGISTERING my miner. Uncomplicated as that. And I CAN'T register information technology. This is the screen I see every fourth dimension I endeavor registering my hotspot.

Same issue. It seems everything works and then all of the sudden I get this message while connecting. I have reset it several times now and same affair keeps happening

I had the same issue. I kept getting that message and other errors repeatedly during the registration step. I had to temporarily disable network level advertizing blocking and firewall to complete the registration. It looked like the final registration connection was being blocked.

Hello, I had that problem with i of my devices. I reseted my bobcat miner like 5 Times and still same. Solution was easy... I just waited xP later coupe of hours low-cal turned green and I was ale to connect it to my devices
